Pricing

*All reservations require a 3-night minimum stay, occupancy limit - 40 people, day and night.

Summer - $1700 per night 

June 6 2024 - Aug. 25 2024, June 5 2025 - Aug. 24 2025. Check in and out are on Monday's and Thursday's. Monday - Thursday is a 3 night stay. Thursday - Monday is a 4 night stay

Fall thru Spring - Weekends  $1000 per night, Weekdays $800 per night.

Aug. 20 2023 - June 4 2024, Aug. 26 2024 - June 4 2025  
 

Holidays - $1300 per night

Labor Day Weekend   
Memorial Day Weekend   
Christmas Eve - New Year's Day   
Thanksgiving  (requires 4 night minimum)

*$1000 deposit to reserve, remaining amount due 3 months before reservation.
