Check In - Check Out

Check-in after 4 pm. You will receive a code for the front door a few days prior to your arrival.

Check out before 10 am, please use the provided checklist to ensure full refund of deposit.

House Rules

No Smoking, No Pets and No discharge of firearms on premises     
Please no food/candy/drinks etc in the passageways.

ATV’s/Snowmobiles etc.  We ask you DO NOT ride on lodge property.  

Maximum Day Capacity: 40 people    
Maximum Night Capacity: 40 people    
*Infants under 2 not included

Additional Packing List

The bunk room has fitted sheets and pillows with cases, please bring sleeping bags and/or blankets for those sleeping in the bunk room.

Helmets for kids - floor scooters and trikes provided in playroom and helmets are advised.  

Rollerblades or scooters for playroom, zip lock bags, extra paper towels, board games.  

There are 4 pickleball paddles and tennis racquets, but serious competitors may want to bring their own.

Home Guide

Garbage dumpster is located next to the shop.  No liquids and please keep the lid closed to deter animals.

Hot tub is cleaned and treated between groups.  Please no kids in the hot tub.  We do ask you to shower prior to using the hot tub and add 1 capful of “Replenish” daily after use (Replenish is labeled and on the shelf by hot tub) When kids use the hot tub it is difficult to keep it clean. A $200 fee will be charged if the hot tub is not cared for.

Thermostat is located by the stairs going up to the attic.  Press the up or down arrow to the desired temperature followed by the hold button.  The large play room has it’s own heating system located on the stairway.  It heats up quickly so please turn the heat off when not using the room.

For our winter guests there is a wood stove in the Great Room, please use the wood provided.

If you have a spill on the carpet please pull the portable carpet cleaner from the pantry, add hot water where labeled and clean up the spill as best as possible.

We have water and 30 amp power hookups available for 2 RV's.

Check In / Out and Maintenance

 

Suggested items to bring:  Sleeping bags for kids in the bunkroom, each bunk has a bottom sheet and pillow. All 10 bedrooms have full linens. Ice - We do not have an ice machine, the grocery store is less than one mile away. Ziplock baggies for left overs and taking food home. Table games - we have some but bring your favorites. Helmets for kids – tricycles and floor scooters are in the large playroom with a cement floor, helmets are advised. Although it is not required we do ask that you remove shoes in the house, you may want to bring house shoes or slippers.

Home Maintenance

•Jacuzzi Hot Tub - Hot tub is cleaned and treated in between groups. Everyone must shower before getting into the hot tub. Add 1 cap full of "Replenish" daily after use. When kids use the hot tub it can be difficult to keep it clean.

•The thermostat is located in the game room by the sitting area. Press the up or down arrow to the desired temperature. The large play room has its own heating system located on the playroom stairway.

 

Check Out

 

•Check out is 10am.

•Leave linens on beds and put towels in bathrooms.

•Deep cleaning is done by our crew. We do ask that you pick up garbage inside and out and take all garbage out to the dumpster. Put all toys back to their proper place including stacking the soft blocks. Return any furnishings to where they were when you arrived.

•Have dishes clean and put away with counters wiped down. It is ok to leave a clean load in the dishwasher if it is still running when ready to leave.

•In the winter turn thermostats down to 65 and turn off heat in the garage/playroom. In the summer leave thermostats set at 75.

•Please lock up as you leave.
